För bara några dagar sedan rapporterade vi om att ett nytt #Sim City var under utveckling, men vi kunde inte ge er några mer detaljer kring projektet. Idag har det dock avslöjats att det inte är #Maxis som jobbar på spelet. Will Wright låter istället #Tilted Mill föra arvet vidare och personerna bakom bland annat #Caesar IV tänker leda in serien på en ny väg. Detta har naturligtvis orsakat en hel del gnäll från "fans" och i ett inlägg på företagets officiella forum har #Tilted Mill förklarat varför de väljer att göra något nytt med Sim City.
However, I do not want to mislead anyone: This SC is not a realistic urban simulation, which I understand, to many, represents the heart of what SC is. No one is blind to that. And if you're just completely turned off, even angered by the mere notion of any game called "SimCity" that is not a detailed, realistic urban simulator, I absolutely understand that viewpoint, and absolutely respect it.
