Efter några veckors [[betatest]] är de ideella krafterna bakom #Half-Life 2-[[mod | modifikationen]] Empires redo att lansera version 2.0 av sitt skötebarn - bland annat genom FZ:s försorg. Filarkivet har således begåvats med såväl den 752 MB tunga [[klient | spelklienten]] samt tillhörande [[server | serverprogramvara]] för [[Windows]] ([[Linux]] (379 MB).

Mer av allt - fler banor och bössor i nya Empires 2.0
Bland nyheterna nämns bland annat ett uppdaterat [[GUI | gränssnitt]], en hel hög nya 3D-modeller och specialeffekter, finjusterad spelmekanik, fyra nya kartor, ett nytt system för att administrera spelarskvadroner samt optimerad nätverkskommunikation med mindre [[lag]]. Bekvämt orienterade läsare fortsätter förslagsvis till FZ:s bildarkiv där XX nya bilder från Empires väntar - övriga fortsätter nedåt där ett sammandrag av förändringarna väntar:
