World in Conflict må vara tio år gammalt men har trots detta varit oerhört aktuellt på sistone då Ubisoft fick en släng av julkänsla och ger bort spelet gratis – till och med den 23 december.
Hur toppar Ubisoft detta? Tja, förslagsvis genom att ge makten över World in Conflicts multiplayer till spelarna. Detta är precis vad som har hänt: Massgate blir open source.
The awesome people over at http://www.massgate.org/ took it upon themselves to maintain the online experience of the game and build a community around it, a journey that started in 2015. Their efforts and passion have inspired us to give back to you, the community, and what better time to do so.
