Svårlöst problem (inloggningsproblem)

Min bror som har problem, kopierar hans post rakt av från officiella forumet:

"What happens is that i start conan and everything works fine until i click log in. It then loads up to "getting character list", when it gets to that part the client freezes and i get this error. At first when this started i couldnt even start the game but after i deleted the shader files i could at least start it.

I have searched the forums for a solution and tried the reg edit, deleting shader files, updating drivers, reinstalling the game, verify data but nothing works.
