[H] Hordealicious-Laughing Skull - 12/14 HC recruiting

Hordealicious is currently looking for (more) exceptional players!

Horde - 10man - Laughing Skull Eu - 12/14 Heroic.

At the moment we're looking for the following classes/specs:

- Warlock (All specs)
- Druid (Feral/Restoration/Balance)
- Priest (Holy/Disc)
- Death Knight (Frost/Unholy)
- Warrior (Protection/DPS)
- Paladin (Retribution/Protection)
- Hunter (All specs)
- Rogue (All specs)
- Shaman (Enhancement/Elemental)
- Monk (Mistweaver/Windwalker)
- Mage (All specs)

Raid-schedule:

- Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00
- Thursdays: 19:00 - 23:00
- Sundays: 19:00 - 23:00

What Hordealicious requires from you:

- Atleast 560 item level
- Ability to raid 2/3 of the raid-days - all 3 is prefered.
- Knowledge to play your primary spec, but also own the ability to play your offspec(s).
- Skill and understanding for encounters. Not failing to the same mechanics over and over.
- You are mature and respect the guild.
- You are competitive, and working hard to get your raidspot.
- Your character is optimized; Upgraded, professions to max etc
- You are prepared for raids; We offer food, flasks and potions for raids - but we demand that you read up on mechanics/encounters before the raid. No exceptions!
- You have experience in previous tiers/expansions - Heroic content clears is a plus.
- You can control the rush when pushing bosses, keep calm and don't panic.
- You attend on farm-content.
- You understand that WoW is a team-game, and you priotize the guild progress above your own personal epeen.
- You learn from your mistakes.
- You can think for yourself on encounters, and don't require the raidleader to call out everything.
- You have a working connection and computer.
- Creativity is a huge plus; if you have ideas, don't hesitate to share them. We value players who can and wants to strengthen the raid!

What you can expect from Hordealicious:

- An awsome rush through some of the hardest encounters this game has to offer.
- A very social enviroment; Active guildchat, Challenge mode runs, Flexible Raids for alts etc.
- A guild that understands that not everything in this life is game-related.
- Serious, fun and fair officers.
- You will be given tasks that makes you important for raid-group.
- You will experience some of the hardest content, which pushes you to the limit.
- You get raidspots determined from your performance. We value results and performance very high.

In all honesty Hordealicious had a rough start this expansion up until ToT. But then we pushed hard enough and got our 13/13 before SoO patch!
We're close to cleaning SoO 14/14 Heroic, and we will aim to keep the momentum going for WoD - Having Mythic in mind ofcourse.

Currently working on Paragons Heroic (Missing the last Klaxxi!)

We are mostly Europeans, with only a few exceptions. We use mumble, and only speak english during raids.
