A time

A time is here for sadness,
A time for grief and tears.
A time of war have risen,
A time of shields and spears.
A time foreseen by many,
A time for greater strength.
A time we have to live in,
An age of unknown length.

This time will be a challenge,
This time will test us all.
This time we have no weapons,
This time might be the fall.
This time we fight for freedom,
This time we wont give in.
This time the water thickens,
This age the blood run thin.
