CVG har en kort intervju med killen som ligger bakom regin på mellansekvenserna i kommande #Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Hugues Martel. Martel är egentligen animatör men hamnade i spelbranschen då han blev ombedd att skriva storyboards till mästerliga #Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.

Do you think games are beginning to rival traditional animation?

[b]Hugues Martel[b]: They're not there yet and they're not taken seriously, either. I'm hoping that little by little we can convince producers and the industry to buy into it. It's a very risky thing because it's a big investment; just making those small moments in Double Agent are extremely costly and not necessarily superfun to play.
