Med andra ord verkar det sälja bättre än de spelen men inte lika mycket som Valhalla. Personligen tycker jag Valhalla är det svagaste av de fyra spelen. Väldigt långrandigt, orkade inte ens spela klart kampanjen.

Efter klagomål från Svenska Konsumentverket har Europeiska Kommissionen haft en utredning av Star Stable Online och kommit fram till att spelet pressar, manipulerar och förvirrar barn såväl med in-game-butiken och med sin reklam. Man har nu tagit fram riktlinjer för virtuella valutor som värnar om transparens och rättvis behandling av konsumenterna. I praktiken innebär det att man numera kräver:
- Clear and transparent pricing and pre-contractual information;
- Avoiding practices hiding the costs of in-game digital content and services, as well as practices forcing consumers to purchase virtual currency;
- Respect of consumers' right of withdrawal;
- Respecting consumer vulnerabilities, in particular when it comes to children;
