För strax över en och en halv vecka sedan kunde vi meddela att #APB: All Points Bulletin går/gått i graven och många bestörta röster hördes. #EA meddelar nu att om du köpt APB via Steam och kontaktar dem via kundtjänsten så kan du få en av deras andra digitalt tillgängliga titlar utan extra kostnad. Detta innebär exempelvis #Mass Effect 2, #The Saboteur, #Dragon Age: Origins, #Battlefield: Bad Company 2 eller valfri annan mysig titel.

Uppdatering: Alla digitala källor ska återbetalas. De icke-digitala är än så länge ett frågetecken.

Uppdatering 2: EA:s kundsupport förklarar att även de som köpt dvd-versionen av spelet kan få ersättning i form av ett annat spel från EA Store. Vi har inte hittat någon information om återköpen hos den svenska supporten, men en av våra användare har fått följande svar på frågan om vad som sker.

We understand that you purchased APB and since the game is no longer available to play, you'd like us to refund the purchase amount you spent on it. While refunding the amount is not possible in this case, as a refund to what you've lost, we're offering you a free game from EA Store. If you purchased the game after 7/15/2010 then you are eligible for this offer and can select any game you would wish with a couple of exceptions as noted below:

· Only those games for which we've Digital Download version available on EA Store can be selected.
· Please do not select a game which is not released yet.

In order to proceed with the refund request; along with the name of the game you'd like to play, we will also need the proof of your APB purchase:

1. In case of box version - attach the scanned copy of your purchase receipt in this email.
2. In case of downloadable version, please provide the screenshot of your purchase proof (Email from the retailer).
3. In case of digital download version from EA Store, provide us the order #.
