#Telltale Games har nu utannonserat att de två första säsongerna av 2000-talets Sam & Max-serie skall släppas till Xbox Live Arcade. Säsongerna släpptes ursprungligen i episodform, men nu verkar det alltså som att båda släpps som separata paket och inte uppdelade i mindre avsnitt. Säsong ett får namnet Sam & Max Save the World och säsong två döps om till Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space.
We've been finding that 'Season One' and 'Season Two', while an excellent way to message that our games are episodic, are kind of nondescript when you're browsing at the store. Because our games are all about the story, we wanted to come up with something that hinted a bit more about the quest you're about to embark on. And as a series continues, we really don't want someone to pass up the newest game because they think they'll be missing out on what happened in a previous season.
För tillfället saknar Xbox-versionerna släppdatum. Om Playstation Network också får spelen är ännu osäkert eftersom Telltale har mycket att göra och, som de själva påpekar, Rom byggdes inte på en dag.
For all the people who have been asking about PS3 - we hear you! But these things take time and resources, and even if we are expanding like crazy, we are still just a bunch of human beings, and we do need to sleep sometimes. We are definitely interested in PlayStation (as well as other platforms) but Rome wasn't built in a day.
